Haven Counseling Collective offers  individual counseling to residents of Alabama 18 years and older both virtually and in person. Our services are grounded in the belief that everyone holds inherent worth and deserves a space they can show up authentically without fear of judgement. Individual sessions may support you in addressing a variety of concerns impacting feelings of depression and anxiety such as navigating life transitions, relationships, identity, self doubt, and trauma. 

Haven Counseling offers both virtual and in person sessions. Telehealth appointments are provided using a HIPPA compliant platform.

After meeting with your provider, you will work together to determine the scheduling of sessions based on your needs. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged half of the current session fee. Sessions canceled within 24 hours, or not arriving for scheduled sessions, will result in the full session fee. All charges will be placed on the client's current card held on file.

Haven Counseling currently accepts the following insurance providers: BlueCross and Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. The rate for individual therapy is $140 per 50-minute session, fees subject to change.

Full payment is due at the time of service. There will be a fee of $25 for payments returned due to insufficient/non-payable funds. If a client has a balance of two unpaid sessions, no further sessions will be scheduled until the balance has been paid. 

Haven Counseling Collective is not a crisis resource. Communication methods provided should not be used in an emergency. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis call 911 or locate your nearest emergency room.
